Hairy God Father- take two- sketchbook character study

I decided to revisit the character design for a book project I'm working on. This isn't a major character, more of a comedic foil that will pop in a few places in the picture book. He's close to what I had in mind, a sort of comedic juxtaposition between the normal godmother image in fairy tales and a play on hairy/fairy. What do you think? Is he fabulous enough?
